9. Returns & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of delivery unless:

  • The product is sealed and has been opened

  • The product is customized or made to order

  • The product is a used or hygiene-sensitive item (e.g. masks, tubing)

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPAP Store London is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Health issues resulting from improper product use

  • Delays or delivery failures caused by external carriers

Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.
