Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

CPAP Store London offers the following shipping options:

  • Local Shipping (UK): Free Shipping (5–8 business days)
  • Express Shipping (UK): £29.99 ( 3 business days)
  • International Shipping: £99 ( 3 business days)

All delivery timeframes are estimates and subject to carrier transit times. Orders may be shipped via Evri, Royal Mail, FedEx, DHL or other trusted courier partners.

Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions, peak seasons, customs clearance, or carrier-related issues.

International Orders

  • Orders may ship from our U.S. warehouses
  • Customers are responsible only for the shipping cost paid at checkout
  • CPAP Store London does not charge additional shipping fees beyond what is shown at checkout

Order Processing & Handling

  • All orders are professionally packed to ensure safe delivery
  • We take pride in ensuring your CPAP equipment arrives quickly and in excellent condition
  • If an item is unavailable or on backorder, you will be notified and the order will ship once available

Delivery & Signature Requirements

  • Orders containing CPAP or BiPAP machines may require an adult signature upon delivery
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address

Order Issues & Claims

Any discrepancies (damage, missing items, or incorrect products) must be reported within 7 days of delivery for review and resolution.

Shipping Disclaimer

Once an order has been shipped, CPAP Store London is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays or service interruptions
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

However, we will assist in working with the shipping carrier to help resolve any issues when possible.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (PST) may be processed the following business day
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Time zone differences may affect processing and delivery timelines
