Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at CPAP Store London. We are committed to providing safe, compliant, and transparent service in line with UK laws and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). Because our products are classified as medical devices or accessories, specific hygiene and safety restrictions apply.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the clinical nature of respiratory products and in compliance with MHRA and UK Health Protection regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following product categories:

  • CPAP and BiPAP machines

  • Masks, headgear, cushions, and nasal pillows

  • Tubing, humidifiers, filters, and oxygen accessories

  • Any item removed from its sealed packaging

Once a medical device has been delivered to a consumer and opened, it cannot be reused, resold, or accepted back due to contamination risk.


Unopened Returns

Returns may be accepted for unopened and unused items in their original sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval by our returns department.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs unless the return is due to our error.

Please contact our support team prior to initiating any return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) if the return is eligible. Returns sent without prior RMA approval will not be accepted or refunded.


Faulty or Damaged Items

In the rare event of a manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you in filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer or replacing the item if the issue is verified.

Note: Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer review, and CPAP Store London does not guarantee replacement if the claim is denied due to misuse, wear, or water damage.


Additional Terms

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and non-returnable.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Returns of non-defective items may be subject to a 35% restocking fee + shipping.

  • Products returned without prior approval may be refused or destroyed.
