The ResMed AirMini Auto Travel CPAP Machine is a compact travel auto CPAP Machine with the state of the art sleep technology. It employs auto ramp and pressure relief features to enhance the comfort of use. Weighting at just 10.6 ounces, the automatic breathing algorithm provides effective sleep apnea therapy at the lowest pressure levels all night long. The AutoSet algorithm monitors the user’s breathing and, when it detects flow limitations, it gently increases pressure until the event has cleared. After an event AutoSet decreases pressure again to improve overall sleep comfort. AirMini meets all FAA requirements, and hence can be used in flights.

- Auto-ramp feature: Part of all devices in the AirSense™ series, this innovative feature ensures that the user’s natural sleep cycle is not disrupted. The feature gently increases the pressure automatically every 5 minutes to facilitate the critical breathing pattern changes while you fall asleep. This reduces sleep disturbances.
- Expiratory Pressure Relieve technology: The ResMed AirMini Auto Travel CPAP Machine detects the pressure changes during your natural breathing cycle and automatically adjusts the pressure and power as you exhale. This ensures that the pressure regime doesn’t obstruct normal breathing.
- Auto Start: To start using the machine, the user needs to only put on the mask and breathe normally. The device can detect the pressure changes and automatically starts the therapy session. The device ramps up gently, reaching a fully pressurized therapy mode in 45 minutes.
